Call for Abstracts — Fuel Cells for a Greener World

The deadline for the 2008 Fuel Cell Seminar & Exposition has passed; we are currently no longer accepting any further submissions.

If you have submitted an abstract please expect to receive notification no later than June 16, 2008.

General Submission Guidelines

  • All abstracts must be submitted electronically. No hard copies will be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English and are limited to 600 words.
  • Abstracts should describe original work.
  • If submitting more than one abstract, please submit them separately.
  • For each presenter and co-author, please provide: name, degrees, job title, mailing address, email address, phone number, fax number and biographical sketch (presenters only). These items are not included in the abstract text word limit.
  • You are strongly encouraged to compose the abstract text using own word processor before submitting it online. Be sure to check spelling, word count, and conformance with the guidelines given above.
  • By submitting a presentation you agree (if selected) to provide an extended abstract no later than September 5, 2008 and upload your presentation file(s) (for Oral presenters only) by October 1, 2008.

Format Guidelines

To aid in the review process, please provide the following classification information regarding your abstract submission:

Select your preferred presentation format: (1) Oral (2) Poster
NOTE: If your preferred format is oral and the committee does not select your abstract for an oral presentation, it will then be automatically considered for a poster presentation.

Please select one subject group and one subcategory, that your paper addresses.

Group 1 — High Temperature (MCFC/SOFC) Research and Development and Fuel Processing
Specify Subcategory (select one):

  • MCFC R&D
  • Fuel Processing

Group 2 — Global overviews, Low Temperature (PAFC/PEMFC/DMFC/AFC) Research and Development, Hydrogen Research and Development, and Fuel Cell Testing and Modeling

  • PAFC/AFC R&D
