Biographical Sketch: Mr. Raudebaugh earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2006, Georgia’s Governor Sonny Purdue named Mr. Raudebaugh to his Energy Policy Advisory Council, where he served as an expert on hydrogen and fuel cell technology. He was also called to provide expert testimony to the United States Senate regarding how new transportation technologies can help address our country’s energy needs at the Technology, Innovation, and Competitiveness Hearing in June of 2006. He has served as the Executive Director of the Center for Transportation and the Environment since 2002.
